Remote Access - Desktop Sharing
From time to time in dealing with email problems, it can help if Netservers staff can view your PCs Desktop. To facilitate this, we provide this VNC utility that will connect your PC to a member of the Netservers support team:
When requested by a member of our support team, download and run this utility. The utility does not "install" anything permanent onto your computer. It will be placed in a temporary folder and makes no permanent change to your computer. When you run it you will see a screen like this:
Click on the Support option specified by the Netservers support staff, and Click "Connect". You will now see this "V" icon on your toolbar:
To end the desktop sharing process, simply right-click on the "V" icon and choose "Close VNC", like so:
